We recommend booking 48–72 hours in advance to guarantee your preferred time slot. That said, we understand move-outs often happen on short notice.

Same-day and next-day bookings are available subject to our schedule. A $40 rush fee applies for same-day requests. Contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to fit you in.

Yes — we work Monday through Sunday. We know that move-out deadlines and lease end dates don't always fall on weekdays, so we keep our schedule flexible to accommodate weekend bookings.

Our pricing is based on the square footage of your home and the type of cleaning you need. We use flat rates — no hourly billing, no hidden fees, and no surprises when the job is done.

You can see our full pricing table on this page. For properties over 3,500 sq ft or with special circumstances (heavy soiling, recent construction), we'll provide a custom quote before we begin.

 No hidden fees — ever. The price we quote before your booking is the price you pay. We will never add charges after the job is done without discussing them with you first.

The only additional charges that may apply are:

  • Same-day rush booking fee: +$40
  • Add-on services you request (oven, fridge, windows, etc.) — all priced upfront
  • Heavy soiling or biohazard conditions — quoted separately and always agreed on before we begin

 We accept cash, Zelle and CashApp. Payment is due on the day of service once the cleaning is complete.

For recurring clients or property managers with multiple units, we can arrange invoicing. Ask us about our preferred vendor billing process.

 Our move-out clean is a top-to-bottom deep clean designed to meet landlord inspection standards and help you get your full deposit back. It includes:

  • Inside oven, stovetop, and refrigerator
  • All cabinet and drawer interiors
  • Full bathroom scrub — toilet, tub, shower, tile, grout, and fixtures
  • All floors vacuumed and mopped
  • Baseboards and door frames wiped
  • Window sills and tracks cleaned
  • Ceiling fans and light fixtures dusted
  • Inside all closets
  • Kitchen countertops and backsplash
  • Mirrors and glass surfaces

 Yes — we bring everything. Our team arrives fully equipped with all professional cleaning products, tools, and equipment. You don't need to provide mops, vacuums, or any cleaning products.

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for children and pets. If you have a specific product allergy or preference, just let us know when booking and we'll accommodate.

 Cleaning times depend on the size and condition of the property. As a general guide:

  • Studio / 1 bedroom: 2 – 3 hours
  • 2 bedroom: 3 – 4 hours
  • 3 bedroom: 4 – 5 hours
  • 4 bedroom: 5 – 7 hours

Heavily soiled properties or those with many add-ons may take longer. We'll always give you a realistic time estimate when you book so you can plan your day.
